Treating the person, not just the symptoms

Homeopathy is a natural system of medicine that works with your body’s own tendency to heal. It considers you as a whole — physical, mental and emotional — and seeks a remedy matched to you as an individual.

Like cures like

A substance that can produce certain symptoms in a well person is used, in a tiny prepared dose, to support someone experiencing similar symptoms.

Individual to you

No two people are the same, even with a similar picture. Your remedy and approach are chosen for you — mind, body and circumstances together.

A space to be heard

An unhurried, confidential consultation where you can share your whole story. Being genuinely listened to is, I believe, part of the healing itself.

Ready when you are

Hello, I’m Katarzyna

About Katarzyna Pussak, RSHom

A compassionate, individualised approach to health and wellbeing — rooted in listening.

Katarzyna Pussak, homeopath, standing among greenery

I qualified as a homeopath in 2026 and have a strong passion for supporting people through a compassionate, individualised approach to health and wellbeing.

Before training in homeopathy, I worked for thirteen years in a secondary school supporting neurodivergent students. That experience taught me the importance of patience, empathy, careful listening and understanding each person’s unique needs and challenges.

I believe that being truly heard is an important part of the healing process, and I strive to create a calm, supportive space where patients feel comfortable sharing their concerns.

Where homeopathy comes from

Samuel Hahnemann, founder of homeopathy

Homeopathy was developed in the late eighteenth century by Samuel Hahnemann (1755–1843), a German physician, scholar and translator. Dissatisfied with many of the harsh medical practices of his day, he sought a gentler approach to healing.

Through his experiments he described the principle of “similia similibus curentur” — “let like be cured by like” — and gave the system the name homeopathy. He emphasised treating each person as an individual and using the minimum effective dose. The approach he set out over two centuries ago still shapes how homeopaths work today.

A few of the things people often ask before their first appointment.

Your initial appointment lasts around an hour and a half. It’s an unhurried, confidential conversation where we explore your health, history, lifestyle and how you’re feeling in yourself. From this, I select a remedy suited to you as an individual.

People of all ages use homeopathy, including children and during pregnancy. As with any approach, please keep your GP, midwife or health visitor informed and continue any care they have advised.

No. I will never ask you to stop or change medication your doctor has prescribed. Homeopathy is used alongside conventional care, and any changes to prescribed medicine remain a matter for you and your GP.

Yes. Consultations are available in person at The Yard in Burland, or online — so you can see me wherever you are. Please make sure you’re in a private, comfortable space for online appointments.

I’m so glad I came across Kasia some time ago. She is such a warm, kind and genuinely caring person, and above all, she is absolutely wonderful at what she does. She really takes the time to listen and always seems to know exactly how to guide the conversation so we can get to the root of what is really going on. She looks at the bigger picture, asks the right questions and helps find the right remedy and approach for the problem. I’ve had such a positive experience with her and I’m genuinely grateful for all the support she has given me. She is an amazing person, incredibly good at what she does, and someone I would happily recommend to others. ❤️

I worked with Kate for several different health problems and her care and compassion are always at the forefront of her work. She spent time understanding my issues and then found suitable remedies to calm and improve my symptoms. I highly recommend her for anyone who feels they need some support/an alternative to traditional medicine.

★★★★★

Kasia spent a sufficient amount of time to find out about me and my problem, never rushed a thing, gave me advice and offered treatment. The treatment improved my fatigue, I started feeling motivated again and gained more control over my symptoms. I’m really grateful 🙏 and have already recommended to others.

Kate was recommended to me by a friend+ I was glad I decided to give homeopathic treatment a try. She was easy to talk to, took a full history+ made recommendations about remedies to deal with issues I was facing. 18mths on+ I’m still taking her recommendations+ feel it really helps!

★★★★★

I can’t recommend Kate highly enough. She takes the time to really listen and look at the bigger picture, rather than simply focusing on individual symptoms. Her care, compassion and professionalism made me feel completely in safe hands, and I’ve seen a significant improvement in my health as a result. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone frustrated by ongoing health issues.

★★★★★

I’ve had such a lovely experience with homeopathy and the thoughtful, personalised care I’ve received from Kasia. 🌿 I’ve used it for both myself and my 2-year-old daughter, including for UTIs, and for my daughter during conjunctivitis. I’ve also found it supportive for hormonal balance, anxiety and digestive wellbeing. In our personal experience, we’ve had no noticeable side effects and have often noticed positive changes within 1–2 days. I’m truly grateful for the gentle, individual approach and the care and guidance we’ve received. It has become a valued part of our wellbeing journey, and I’m very happy to recommend this page. 💜✨
